Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, refunds or replacements may be considered in the following situations:

  • Product received is damaged during transit

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Product received in a defective or unusable condition

  • Missing items in the delivered order

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product must be provided.

  • The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required.

Refund Process

Once your request has been reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Refunds generally take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement Policy

Where applicable, Annapurna Home Foods may offer a replacement product instead of a refund, subject to product availability and verification of the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds, returns, or replacements will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Delivery delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Products that have been opened, consumed, tampered with, or improperly stored after delivery

  • Complaints reported after 24 hours of delivery

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
